NEW CUSTOMERS

If you are placing your first order with Amarillo Custom Refrigeration Gaskets LLC, we request that you fill out a brief information form that is helpful to us in setting you up in our computer system. EMAIL US AT (emailorders@acrgasketsllc.com) First orders can be promptly processed utilizing your credit card or web pay. No C.O.D.s. For Open Accounts, see below.

OPEN ACCOUNT

An open account will be considered for those customers who provide us with a properly filled out Application for Credit and Bank Information Release form request by email. (emailorders@acrgasketsllc.com) We respond in email to your request for credit as soon as possible. All open account invoices are due within 10-30 days of the invoice date.

Due to the nature of the industry and the unreliability of factory records, all research results should be verified whenever possible by the customer.  Shipping charges for incorrect parts & gaskets are not refundable. There maybe a restocking fee of 30% on incorrect parts and a 50% on incorrect gaskets ordered. No Warranty On Gaskets After Installed. Any and All Claims Must Be Made Within 24 hours after received. 

PRICES

The prices quoted will be the lowest possible price at time of order, consistent with normal business practices. Published prices are subject to change at any time and the actual price may be higher or lower than the most recent published price. Customers who use large quantities of individual items should contact our sales departments for special prices where available. We will usually honor all prices quoted for a period of 30 days unless you are advised otherwise by our sales personnel.

PRODUCTS

All products illustrated on our website are displayed as accurately as possible at the time of publishing. Occasionally manufacturers change products, specifications, or appearances of their replacement parts and this is beyond our control. All products listed on our website are not necessarily manufactured by or obtained from the original equipment manufacturer. Products listed may be provided by alternative manufacturers and are made to standards equal to or better than the original parts provided by the named manufacturer of the equipment.

MINIMUM ORDER

To cover costs, we have established a minimum order of $10.00 net merchandise plus shipping.

Orders $500 or more in Gasket ORDERS will receive Free Shipping on NEW customers first order. Walk-in REPLACEMENT doors, special ordered and custom fabricated products are excluded from this additional discount.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Amarillo Custom Refrigeration Gaskets LLC gladly accepts orders for products not appearing in our website, subject to the delivery schedule of our supplier. Returns or cancellation of special orders are subject to the terms of the vendor. Shipping charges for incorrect parts & gaskets are not refundable. There maybe a restocking fee of 30% on incorrect parts and a 50% on incorrect gaskets ordered. No Warranty On Gaskets After Installed. Any and All Claims Must Be Made Within 24 hours after received. Return freight is not warrantied.

DEPOSITS

Special orders and custom fabricated products are subject to a minimum 100% deposit before the order is entered. These items must also be ordered in writing are by email are replying to estimate.

SHIPPING

Orders are normally shipped FEDEX are United Parcel Service (UPS): regular ground service, unless requested, second day air or next day air as requested. Oversized or lengthy parts must be shipped by motor freight. Heavy or bulky items over 150lbs will normally be shipped on a common carrier truck line. Amarillo Custom Refrigeration Gaskets LLC is granted preferential tariff rates by selected motor carriers that are passed on to our customers. We will honor customer preferences where possible.
 

Please note FedEx and UPS shipping: Items 37” to 89” in length – $12 extra charge Items 90” to 107” in length – $90 extra charge Items 108” and up – $200+ extra charge (Items 108” and longer are shipped motor freight unless over 150lbs)

PACKING

When additional packaging is required, i.e., crating, wood stiffeners, special cartons or shipping tubes, to safely ship merchandise, additional charges will be added to shipping and handling. These charges will only be for the additional cost of packaging materials and will be kept to a minimum.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

It is our policy to ship all orders the same day they are received if possible. We will normally ship all items that are in stock. If we are out of stock of any item, we will normally backorder the item(s) and ship them as soon as they arrive. If you require your order to be shipped complete, please inform the sales representative who takes your order or mark your written order SHIP COMPLETE.

SHORTAGES

If you feel you did not get all the merchandise indicated on the packing list, you must report it to us within 1 business day of receiving the package. Always keep the original shipping carton and packing material. Shortages resulting from damaged packages should be reported to Amarillo Custom Refrigeration Gaskets LLC immediately.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization number (RLN) to receive credit. Custom-fabricated products are not returnable. Please order carefully. Obtain RLN numbers from the sales department when contacting our office to return material. Material returned without an RLN is subject to loss or considerable delay. 

DO NOT SEND RETURNED MATERIAL BACK FREIGHT COLLECT, or C.O.D. IT WILL BE REFUSED.
An invoice copy or packing slip will greatly assist our personnel to process your credit. Unwanted materials should be returned within 1 day of receipt. Returns may be subject to a 30% to 50% restocking fee and NO RETURN of CUSTOM MADE GASKET.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All hardware items are warranted for a period of 60 days from the date of sale. Where our suppliers have offered a longer warranty period this will be made available to our customers.
 

Other products may have a limited are no warranty. Please inquire about warranty on electrical parts at time of purchase.
 

Amarillo Custom Refrigeration Gaskets LLC will replace or refund the purchase price, at its option, for any of its products which prove to be defective within the limits of this warranty.
 

This warranty does not include labor, travel time or shipping costs necessary to replace or repair the product.
 

This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to improper installation, abuse, misuse or used for purposes not intended are damaged in anyway.
 

In no event shall Amarillo Custom Refrigeration Gaskets LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
